Dear Friends, On behalf of the board, staff and families of ASTAR Center, Thank you!! to all sponsors, donors, volunteers and guests of the 2007 Dreaming New Dreams Dinner and Auction for a very successful event. You helped raise nearly $240,000 and broaden awareness about autism and the struggles faced by many Northwest families. The future for those living with autism spectrum disorders has never looked brighter. Each child or adult who asks for ASTAR assistance, whether walking through our doors, phoning or emailing, presents with a unique set of struggles and resources. ASTAR Center is committed to addressing the vast and varied needs of all those affected by autism regardless of age, degree of severity or ability to pay and partners with families to create individual plans. Family needs may be satisfied under our roof, but more often than not ASTAR creates a dynamic treatment plan which includes community partners – independent professionals, schools, parents and community. You know we cannot do this alone, and rely on both the fiscal generosity of our supporters and the commitment of Northwest autism service providers.
